I would like to hear your take on emotional labor.
What is emotional labor? How can you distinguish between emotional worker and non-emotional one? Do you know any emotional laborers? Do you know a company, which raise emotional workers?

Hello SCG,
9th month of 2010 just kicked off and I must admit that last couple of weeks were full of precious “sneezing about my work“. Many people would describe featuring my story in the book The Truth About Leadership as: “It must be like cherry on a cake for you, isn’t it?” Do you know what was first blink of a thought (after such comparison), which came into my mind? “It’s not really like cherry on the cake.”
