Don’t Leave Home Without Your Tools

Hello SCG,

I am happy to be back, after emotionally exhausting days. Thank you for great support Super Cool Gang-ers! Hugs.

Idea for today’s shipment was born after my talk about PPD* (*Professional Presentation Design) on Webpreneur Universtiy. During my 1st talk on international ground I have realized, that I don’t have my tool with me! Which tool did I miss?

Fundamental Mindset For Your Personal Development Journey

Hello SCG.

it has been over 2 years since I have had life-changing Skype chat with my 1st mentor, Gary Haslam. Among first things, I was told, was:

Be Nice and Gentle to Yourself!

That time (in July 2008), I was pretty skeptical about this statement, because it seemed to me very selfish and narcissistic advice to live by. It took me over 24 months to fully grasp depth and importance of this powerful statement…

Why was “treating yourself nicely” one of the first things I was told to remember and act upon?

Reminder: You CAN Learn Everywhere and from Everyone!

My teachers: Mohammed and Ariana

Hello SCG,

I have been blessed with another eye-opening experience.  Two days ago, while strengthening Mohammed (=reading and writing session), little 8 years old Ariana joined us. She has started to repeat English words and she was really excited from this learning adventure. So, I have asked her in “exchange” to teach me Farsi meanings of those words.

Thanks to Mohammed and  little cutie girl Ariana, I could affirm and practice yet another important truths to be lived by. Here they are: [Read more…]

Focus on Mastering Your Abilities NOT on Fixing Disabilities

Mohammed;-)

Hello SCG,
last night I have got “hit” by another A-HA moment of my life.  Thanks for Mohammed’s presence and one brief online chat with my Dad (what a wise man he is!).

Some people advise: “Improve your weaknesses to become better.”

I think it is total non-sense!

9 days with Mohammed proved me the opposite!

How One Pair Of Eyes Have Changed My Life

(please read it in case you have missed it!)

It was about my friend Mohammed, who has taught me the most valuable lessons of my life. After posting the blog, I have sent a link of  it, to Mohammed and his sister by email and…

How One Pair Of Eyes Have Changed My Life

Hello SCG,

today I want to share with YOU one personal story, which I have kept for myself for 5 and half years. Memories from that time are frequently coming back to me these days and only after such a long time, I was able to understand how precious those moments were.

It was November 2004, when I have arrived to Dubai with suitcase full of books and heart full of hope. I was still a student in my last year of University, when I have got an opportunity to get 3 months internship in Dubai.  I have been provided an accommodation in very nice small apartment located in a new residential area of Dubai. I was amazed by the facilities of the neighborhood: pool, basketball court (yay!!), gym, party room, barbecue spots and many other cool things. BUT I did not know a soul there, till…

“Start with WHY” – Simon Sinek

Hey SCG,

thanks for bearing with my limited online presence this week, due my 5 days stay in the capital of Slovakia – in Bratislava.

Why did I traveled 350 km by car from my hometown to Bratislava?

I have attended Social Business Tour to meet more like minded people, who care and truly ACT not just talk. It was hilarious experience.

The most important take away from this event was that, there are plenty of people in this world WHO KNOW WHY THEY DO WHAT THEY DO.

They know their WHY.

More on importance of WHY is explained in this breath-taking, sincere and energy busted TED talk by Simon Sinek, author of the book Start With Why.

Watch Simon rocking on the stage bellow or here!

So? Do you know what is your WHY? 😉 Share it with us in comments.

I Am “Tapped”. Who Is With Me?

Ahoj* SCG! [*pronounce as “ahoy” & it means hello in Slovak language]

Couple of weeks ago, SCG-er Devgon Vishal shared with me link for the video which made me think & forced me to do  some research BUT the most importantly I did take an action and changed my habit afterward.

How to get enlightened during a weekend.

Hey Super Cool Gang,

Today I would like to scratch a surface of very personal topic, which is:  PARENTS.

These two people are responsible for my appearance in this world! ;-)

I must honestly admit, that it was not long time ago (beginning of 2008), when I have been like majority of  people in the western world:

Gosh, I cannot stand them! There are so old fashioned. They have no clue what is life about. I’m so glad, that I can live on my own, so no one is nagging me. I hate their silly questions. Oh boy, let me not lose my temper during their visit.

Are you recognizing yourself, in it? Do you to face the same struggles?

Carry on reading, please!

One Thing You Should Know About Earth

RamaHey Super Cool Gang,

I must confess:  “I am in trouble. I am totally hooked up with science-fiction. HELP!” 😉

After innocent introduction to Arthur Clarke last month with his book Rendezvous With Rama. I am already reading 3rd part of the saga about spaceship Rama. I can’t take my eyes away from the book and my sleeping routine is completely thrown out of the balance due to late night involvements into the action of human space travelers and their stories.

Today I wanted to share with you one quote, which was told by mother (Nicole) to her 5 kids  who were born on the spaceship and have never been on Earth:

If there is one thing, which you should know about Earth, it would be LOVE. Knowing what love is and how to love is enough for you to know.

Have a LOVE-ly weekend my dear friends.

Inspire and love each other.

HUGS.
