Hello Folks!
I apologize for my tardy blogging for past one week, as I have been in the “sand-land” => Dubai. Of course, there is no way, I would allow myself to neglect you guys!
The Question of the Week #4 was “born” thanks to my friend, amazingly creative person, “our age” philosopher and author Tyler Shores from Oxford University, who has shared with me on Facebook following unique opportunity:
Question of the Week #4 is:
What question would you ask Clay Shirky?
Till 8th February , YOU can also raise your voice and compose thought provoking question for the world’s leading expert on social media. Drop your questions directly into comments of Tyler’s blog post or simply leave it in the comments here, it will certainly reach Tyler and highly possibly also Clay himself!
😉
P.S.: I was missing you my dear readers.
Thank your parents for all they have done for you!
I am typing this post from Dubai and my mum is sitting next to me filling postcards;-)
I still don’t believe it, I am here with her. I have been dreaming about bringing her here, for years.
So how come did I bring her, here only now? Especially when I am jobless since July 2009?
Some of you might think, yeah: ” She has loads of money…, how else?”
Guys,
I don’t and I have again learned that it ain’t about money to make your dreams come true.
It cost me 77 EUR to get 2 return tickets with air miles, which I have collected over 5 years.
I have asked company I have worked for, if they could help us with visa. Within a week transit visa were in my inbox.
And where do we stay? It took just one SMS to a friend: ” I want to come to Dubai with my mum, do you think we can stay in your place for a week?” Instant reply: “You are welcome.”
So, it was not about money at all.
It took me years to build relationships like that with people here. Bonds and trust allowed me to give such a great gift to my mum, so she can finally see place where her daughter lived for 3 years.
Greetings from sunny Dubai.

Hiya!
This week’s question has been posted as Facebook status of my friend Bud Hennekes this week. Bud is very conscious inspiring young man and popular blogger. I trust Bud will not mind, if I will ask you guys, the same question.
Question of the Week #3 is:
Greetings from minus 11 degrees, home.
I am already excited to see your comments;-)

In the ancient times,
before humans invented writing.
They searched for the stone that,
resembled their feelings
and gave it to another person.
The person who received the stone,
read the other person’s feelings by the weight and texture of the stone.
For example: Smooth texture symbolizes peaceful mind, rough texture symbolizes a concerns for other.
What would your stone – letter be like? Who would you give it to? What weight and texture would it have?
This post was inspired by the movie Departures, which I have just finished watching and it has got honorable place on my must-watch movies list.
Have a super cool weekend guys and ALWAYS express your feelings even without stones.
Hugs

It is January, holiday season is over for good and we all are back to “reality”. I can clearly remember, how this period of the year used to be pretty stressful from me during university years. I know that many of you are pretty busy with passing exams, therefore:
I would like to know via poll;-)
Have you ever cheated during exams?
No matter if you are student now, or you are out of school for some time.
Take a poll and have your say!
Looking forward to hear your voices.

I have been motivated to write this post, after morning Skype chat with friend of mine, who has been a bit down with mood. After few minutes of chat he sent me link for an “amazing” article in the Telegraph newspaper about how today is the most depressing day of the year…What a nonsense!!!
So, in return, I have sent him my favorite “Everything is OK” video, which always makes me smile.
Danny and Charlie from and “Love Police” are cheering up passengers of London’s tube.
😉
Be happy!
If you will find it difficult, just watch kids around you for a while, they are great teachers, as Danny said;-)
And the kids don’t read newspapers, good for them!
😉
Have a super cool day, folks!

Hiya guys!
I trust you excuse my absence in moving pictures for this week’s question 😉
I have got inspired by passsionate speech at TEDIndia by Kiran Bir Sethi and I would like to ask you.
Question of the Week:
When was the last time you have told YOURSELF:
“I can” ? And what action did you take?
I cannot wait to read your thoughts!
Following post was inspired by Facebook chat with my friend author and servant leader.
Enjoy!
😉
