Hi SCG,

this shipment is totally spontaneous and unplanned. I have just finished watching a documentary A Ripple Of Hope, which I have bumped into yesterday by total coincidence. Movie has finished only moments ago and my eyes are still wet, while typing this…More over I have found out, that today is RFK‘s birthday…So, I could not ask for more signs from universe, that it is right time to ship.

inspiration to ship today’s post came from a movie The Deer Hunter, which blew me away. It made me truly think about the words of the main hero Michael (Robert de Niro), when he said: “You have to think about one shot. One shot is what it’s all about. A deer’s gotta be taken with one shot.”

yesterday (16th Sept 2010) I have experienced very precious moments of my life. What has happened? I have met Gary Haslam. Who is Gary Haslam? Gary was and is my (1st) teacher who has seen in me what I was not able to see, more than 2 years ago. I have “met” Gary in July 2008 via Skype and our online chats literally transformed me. Gary opened a door for me and I walked through it, into an unknown spooky world of self-discovery. 9th month of 2010 just kicked off and I must admit that last couple of weeks were full of precious “sneezing about my work“. Many people would describe featuring my story in the book The Truth About Leadership as: “It must be like cherry on a cake for you, isn’t it?” Do you know what was first blink of a thought (after such comparison), which came into my mind? “It’s not really like cherry on the cake.”

this is an emergency shipment with a book review of a novel which touched me deeply. This tiny book by J.D. Salinger blew my mind away. I know, I know many of you must have already read it during your school years, but for me it was first time “meeting with Salinger” and I just want to express my gratitude for this “helluva” master-piece – The Catcher in the Rye.
