Hey guys,
I was having urge to compose blog post on social media manners and etiquette for couple of months.
So, here are my thoughts on how you can enhance your experience when connecting with “strangers” =>who I consider as friends which I have not met yet.
Stay super cool!
cheers,
i.
Hi Ivana,
I had to retweet before commenting here 😉 You’re an endearing person with valuable reminders — thank you!
I just started my blog this year and I have made a conscious effort to reciprocate beyond the “virtual handshake.” On one side, it can be disheartening when it is not reciprocated. On the other side, I can see how things can quickly get out of hand with managing FB, blog, Twitter, Linkedin, writing for your site, working with clients, etc. especially for those with thousands of followers.
How far can you build your following before it is impossible to get back to everyone (like Steve Pavlina or Darren Rowse?)
Regardless, you have inspired me to make further positive changes to my blog. But first, let me finish up my etiquette for the morning 😉
Cheers!
Hi Kim,
it is truly a blessing to have your friendship.
I appreciate a lot that you appreciate what I do.
@ disheartening: Well, it is good to know who you are invested your time to, so when “extended hand” is not shaken you know that there is time to move on and help, inspire, leave a mark in lives of those who are polite2.0 and there are millions out there, I feel it…
YOU are true role model, how reaching out a stranger – me, evolved into much more then ” hi, how are u”
THANK YOU for that!
Have a super cool day, Kim.
cheers,
