  1. hi Miss Ivana,

My favorite song which i love to song is ” Graduation (Vitamin C) ” , It gives the courage of friendship, reminds me my friends and I don’t have words to explain…. But i love this song…..

PLEASE READ THE LYRICS,U’ll REALLY ENJOY…

    ——————————————————————-
And so we talked all night about the rest of our lives
Where we’re gonna be when we turn 25
I keep thinking times will never change
Keep on thinking things will always be the same
But when we leave this year we won’t be coming back
No more hanging out cause we’re on a different track
And if you got something that you need to say
You better say it right now cause you don’t have another day
Cause we’re moving on and we can’t slow down
These memories are playing like a film without sound
And I keep thinking of that night in June
I didn’t know much of love
    But it came too soon
And there was me and you
And then we got real blue
Stay at home talking on the telephone
And we would get so excitedand we’d get so scared
Laughing at ourselves thinking life’s not fair
And this is how it feels

    [1]
    As we go on
    We remember
    All the times we
    Had together
    And as our lives change
    From whatever
    We will still be
    Friends Forever

So if we get the big jobs
And we make the big money
    When we look back now
Will our jokes still be funny?
Will we still remember everything we learned in school?
Still be trying to break every single rule
Will little brainy Bobby be the stockbroker man?
Can Heather find a job that won’t interfere with her tan?
I keep, keep thinking that it’s not goodbye
Keep on thinking it’s a time to fly
And this is how it feels

    [Repeat 1]

    La, la, la, la:
    Yeah, yeah, yeah
    La, la, la, la:
We will still be friends forever

Will we think about tomorrow like we think about now?
Can we survive it out there?
    Can we make it somehow?
I guess I thought that this would never end
And suddenly it’s like we’re women and men
Will the past be a shadow that will follow us ’round?
Will these memories fade when I leave this town
I keep, keep thinking that it’s not goodbye
Keep on thinking it’s a time to fly

  2. This is WOW Question Ivana, 😉

Yes I love music, mostly Sufi, Eastern Classical, Western POP & Country music. But following is my all time favorite video (song).

Kevin Skinner (singer) was a jobless, who appears in the Americas Got Talent and wins every ones heart by his great voice. Interesting thing is that when he got at stage, everyone was making fun of him. But.. (see the video for rest)

Have a good day you all SCG!

    • Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful Waqas!;-)

      • Tomas Kuracina says:

Yes, yes, yes! This is why these Got Talent shows are made..an ordinary human comes to the stage, everybody is expecting major fail..and then he starts performing and now everybody has mouth open..they couldn’t understand what is happening..they are just seeing miracle.. wonderful 🙂

And I am proud that we also have this kind of man in our Got Talent and he is from Poprad!

      • Yes, Marian is awesome!
Here is link for his performance:

  3. Hi Ivana,

    PPE – Davaj HET

The Puding pani Elvisovej Band symbolises somehow the connection / the motion between East and West Slovakia (Kosice-Bratislava).

    Take care,

  4. I am absolutely crazy about song from New Radicals –> You get what u give. It has been my favorite one for over 10 years now …. I have a dreamer’s disease 🙂 anytime when I need to cheer up that one always works as my needed portion of energy.

  5. And here comes the link for New Radicals – You get what u give. Enjoy 😀

    • Oh YES!
I loove this song! It is among my favorites too and this song is on a playlist of kick ass song which I listen to when I run;-)
And it is so true: you only get what you give!;-)

  6. Great choice Brano. PPE are great. Respect. 🙂

I suppose I should pick something from a fellow Québécois. I’ll go with Leonard Cohen, Ain’t No Cure For Love. 🙂 I have realized this is true and I don’t try to fight it anymore. 🙂

This is from his performance a couple weeks ago in Bratislava. 🙂

  7. Tomas Kuracina says:

I love this question 🙂 Well, ask someone who loves music what is his song..I have a lot of them! 😀 But I am sure no one wants me to put 20 links here..of super cool music that I love..so let me get you just one example.
Starship – Nothing’s gonna stop us
This song is pure perfection in all ways..you’ll get it the second you hear it. First time hearing, you will say it is about love, love between 2 people, but then you realize you can substitute the love as a theme of song, for something else..and for me, when I hear this song, it is the Dream, my dream life, everything I want to achieve…and this is how this song hit me so much and will hit you as well 😉

    • Tomi,
I am not surprised that you have picked one of my fav songs, as we are pretty much alike thinking;-)
Indeed, nothing is gonna stop us now;-)

      • Tomas Kuracina says:

Ivana, that is great 😉 I guess that another example that I can give is your fav too..Bonnie Tyler – Holding Out For a Hero, which I love since first time watching Short Circuit (Cislo 5 zije)

  8. Marek Lutz says:

    Hi!
You wouldn’t believe how much this question fits into this moment for me 🙂
So my song? Hm, I have couple of songs, that give me goose bumps:
    1. Arms Wide Open by Creed
    2. What if by Simple Plan
    3. If Everyone Cared by Nickelback

Would love if you’d find time to listen to them and let me know, how you like them 😉

And searching for those 3 more and more are so much coming in my head. Gosh, the music is so powerful – it can heal, destroy, motivate, depress, it can do anything to you! I have to learn to play something finally 🙂

    Thanks for this question, Ivana!

  9. Magic Carpet Ride, Steppenwolf, hit a sweet spot for me.

  10. SCG,
let me share with you my favorite song:
it is Man in the mirror by MJ. This song was played at the end of 1st NGLS and was accompanied by the most spontaneous thing I did, when I have hugged every NGLS-er in the room…Oh my, still having goose bumps…

  11. Sharing mine, enjoy!

    Eddie Vedder – Society

    Pearl Jam – Betterman

    Pearl Jam – Indifference

Pearl Jam – Love Reign O’er Me

    Bon Iver – Skinny Love

    Johny Cash – Hurt

    Diana Krall – Temptation

Dusty Springfield – Son of a Preacher Man

Pink Floyd – Wish You Were Here

Eric Clapton – Sunshine of Your Love

    Eric Clapton- Cocaine

Stone Temple Pilots – Big Empty

The Cranberries – No Need to Argue

Could go on & on, there is also a plenty of slovak/czech songs which I just love and have a story attached to them, for example songs from J.Nohavica, Fleret, Nerez, Lucie, Hradistan, K.Kryl, Vlasta Redl.. The true beauty of music is that it becomes a part of your life and memories, it gives you hopes when you feel down, it gives you energy when you are weak.. AND when you`re up & running, you just enjoy the rhythm:)))

And as for me, music is LOVE!

    • yay, Zuzik what a wonderful list.
Oh boy, Eddie’s Society is a song which makes me cry…and thinking about movie Into the Wild, I cannot hold my emotions.

Indeed, music is love made “hearable”
      Musicians are true artists.
Thanks for your exhausting list, I am going to listen to it now, while shipping new stuff for you and the world!
      😉

  12. Jakub Demacek says:

    How about this one ?

  13. One more from me 😉
